About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate daily dispatches with courier/logistics partners.
2. Maintain and update delivery reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
3. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
4. Liaise with Swiggy, Blinkit, and other third-party platforms for smooth operations.
5. Prepare and maintain MIS/logistics records.
6. Escalate delays, shortages, or operational challenges to management.
7. Support the operations manager in vendor coordination and stock movement.
