About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct door-to-door sales to promote and sell Times of India annual subscriptions.
2. Approach households and establishments across Bangalore to identify existing TOI subscribers and convert non-subscribers into new customers.
3. Explain the value of the subscription, highlight discounted annual plans, and promote the complimentary gifts offered with sign-ups.
Work Schedule:
1. Morning session: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
2. Second session: Post-lunch or evening, ensuring a total of 6–7 hours of fieldwork daily.
Compensation:
1. Fixed salary: ₹28,000 per month
