About the Job
We are looking for passionate Field Auditors to perform mystery and quality audits across retail outlets and service centers.This is a field-based role involving travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct audits at consumer durable service centers and retail outlets across multiple states.
2. Evaluate both technical and non-technical parameters as per predefined checklists.
3. Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) through visits and telephonic interactions.
4. Prepare detailed reports and analyses to identify improvement areas and opportunities.
Compensation:
1. CTC: ₹23,000/month
2. In-hand: ₹18,700/month + Incentives (₹100–₹300 per audit)
3. Negotiable for deserving candidates
Shift: 6 days a week | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
