About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for microcontroller-based designs
2. Guide customers through MCU selection, architecture trade-offs, and BOM optimization
3. Develop reference designs, application notes, and code examples using C/C++
4. Bring-up boards: bootloaders, BSPs, drivers, and middleware (RTOS, comms stacks)
5. Debug hardware/software issues with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD
6. Create demos, evaluation guides, and training materials for customers and partners
7. Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and on-site/remote customer consultations
8. Reproduce customer issues, file bugs, and drive resolution with internal engineering
