About the Job
We are a Menswear brand seeking an experienced Apparel Production Manager to join our team and lead our production operations.As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, from sourcing materials to managing production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the entire production process from concept to final product.
2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet the set timelines and production targets.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and ensure timely delivery.
4. Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the production process.
5. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications.
6. Manage and train production staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
7. Oversee cost management and work to reduce production costs without compromising quality.
8. Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to ensure timely production.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the production process.
10. Collaborate with store, design, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure a seamless production process.
