About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate with buyers and internal teams from order placement to shipment
2. Manage production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
3. Follow up with vendors and suppliers for trims, fabrics, and sample developments
4. Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for production, sampling, and approvals
5. Prepare T&A (Time & Action) calendars and ensure timely follow-up
6. Communicate effectively with production, sampling, and QC departments
7. Assist in costings, order confirmations, and documentation
8. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and buyer meetings
