About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist design heads with sample tracking, fabric coordination, and embellishment follow-ups.
2. Coordinate with pattern masters, tailors, and embroidery units to ensure correct interpretation of design specs.
3. Maintain product development sheets, BOMs, and costings under supervision.
4. Source trims, fabrics, and packaging materials as instructed by the sourcing manager.
5. Conduct quality checks for fit samples and pre-production pieces.
6. Organize fabric swatches, sample racks, and production files.
7. Follow up with vendors and maintain timelines for each style.
