About the Job
As a Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) Faculty and Content Developer at Thinkplus Education, you will combine teaching expertise with content development to help students master verbal reasoning and reading comprehension skills. You will design exam-relevant materials and conduct interactive sessions that enhance students’ conceptual clarity and performance.Key responsibilities:
1. Teach and mentor students in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, helping them improve reading speed, comprehension accuracy, and verbal reasoning through engaging sessions.
2. Create original, high-quality questions in Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Verbal Reasoning.
3. Write clear, detailed explanations and solutions for all questions and exercises.
4. Ensure alignment of content with the formats and difficulty levels of major competitive exams (CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.).
5. Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistency, quality, and relevance across all content.
6. Update and refine materials based on changing exam trends and student feedback.
Hiring policy:
1. ThinkPlus prioritizes organisation-candidate fit over everything else. To this end, we require any prospective hire to trial with us for a week, paid work, before either party takes a final decision.
2. Within this week, both parties have the right to halt the engagement without notice.
3. If a contract is drawn out at the end of the test week, both parties will serve a notice of 45 days for the closure of the engagement.
