About the Job
As a Quantitative Aptitude (QA) Content Creator/Faculty at Thinkplus Education, you will be responsible for designing engaging and exam-relevant QA questions, solutions, and learning materials. This role combines academic expertise with content creation and teaching, offering an opportunity to shape how students learn and master quantitative reasoning.Key responsibilities:
1. Teach and mentor students, helping them strengthen conceptual understanding through interactive and engaging sessions.
2. Develop original, high-quality Quantitative Aptitude questions with detailed step-by-step solutions across difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard).
3. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment of all content with the standards of competitive exams (CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.).
4. Create and review practice sheets, concept notes, and topic-wise tests to support student learning.
5. Collaborate with the academic and product teams to design structured learning resources and improve content quality.
6. Continuously update content in line with changing exam patterns and emerging trends.
Hiring Policy:
1. ThinkPlus prioritizes organisation-candidate fit over everything else. To this end, we require any prospective hire to trial with us for a week, paid work, before either party takes a final decision.
2. Within this week, both parties have the right to halt the engagement without notice.
3. If a contract is drawn out at the end of the test week, both parties will serve a notice of 45 days for the closure of the engagement.
