Key Responsibilities:1. Handle communication and coordination with international clients.
2. Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and client documentation.
3. Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch and accounts) to ensure smooth execution.
4. Maintain and update sales records, reports and CRM database.
5. Ensure timely client communication and maintain excellent customer relationships.
