About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Business execution across departments: Take ownership of projects across marketing, operations, finance, product, logistics, and brand. Ensure every task- from campaign execution to stock movement- runs smoothly, with daily accountability and reporting to the CEO.
2. Strategic planning & implementation: Convert the CEO’s vision into actionable quarterly and weekly goals. Build frameworks, set priorities, and track progress across all teams to maintain momentum and discipline.
3. Marketing & brand involvement: Oversee campaign execution, content calendars, influencer partnerships, and creative briefs across Right Health, TRISKN, and Relate with Ritik. Ensure every brand’s tone, design, and content align with its core positioning.
4. Finance & operations: Coordinate purchase orders, vendor payments, production timelines, and logistic partners. Ensure spending discipline, timely deliveries, and clear visibility on brand cash flow and ROI.
5. Content & storytelling participation: Work directly with the CEO to plan and execute content shoots, podcasts, and brand communication pieces. Contribute to scripting, ideation, and shoot coordination to ensure the brand narrative is authentic and consistent.
