About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Head, including managing calendars, travel bookings, reimbursements, and related office tasks.
2. Schedule and organize meetings, prepare briefs, notes, and follow-up trackers, and ensure timely closure of action items and team deliverables.
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Maintain organized documentation systems to enable easy access and retrieval of information for leadership.
5. Liaise with agencies, partners, and collaborators to facilitate program coordination and ensure smooth communication flow.
6. Collect, analyze, and synthesize information to prepare concept notes, presentations, analytical briefs, and reports.
7. Support in organizing board meetings and other key events, ensuring all logistical and documentation requirements are met.
8. Track sectoral and education-related developments to share relevant insights and updates.
9. Assist in managing the organization’s social media handles and support content drafting.
10. Contribute to donor communications, briefing notes, and presentation decks as required.
