About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Handle all inbound calls and respond within 3 rings.
2. Qualify every lead using a fixed checklist (budget, location, timeline, requirement).
3. Enter all leads into the CRM with 100% accuracy and no delays.
4. Assign leads to the correct salesperson based on area expertise and availability.
5. Maintain daily follow-ups with clients and update CRM statuses.
6. Schedule property visits by coordinating with clients, developers, and the sales team.
7. Send WhatsApp messages using approved templates and ensure quick responses.
8. Prepare and share brochures, price lists, and inventories as needed.
9. Maintain daily logs of calls, visits, and follow-ups.
