About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and organize the founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
2. Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for meetings and reviews.
4. Track and follow up on key action items and ongoing projects across departments.
5. Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making and strategy.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion.
7. Draft and proofread official communication, emails, and documentation.
8. Coordinate cross-functional communication among teams to ensure alignment.
9. Support in planning and execution of organizational initiatives or special projects.
10. Organize internal events, review meetings, and ensure smooth operational flow.
