About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle different verticals such as mutual funds, fixed deposits, and insurance.
2. Handle the end-to-end execution of the tasks.
3. Handle and manage client calls and correspondence with external companies.
4. Coordinate ongoing financial service activities and operational tasks.
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely execution of client requests.
6. Support internal processes with data entry and basic reporting in Excel.
7. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and client service.
