About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Client interaction: Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their vision and requirements for events across various life milestones and occasions.
2. Design execution: Ideate and design decor (including layout, themes, colors, floral arrangements, etc.) and recommend service concepts tailored to client tastes.
3. On-ground event support: Play an active role in pre-event preparation and be present during event execution, assisting with decor setup and guest experience.
4. Sales process: Guide clients from discovery to booking, sharing transparent pricing, package details, and helping them finalize customizations.
5. Project documentation: Prepare clear notes and design briefs to ensure smooth internal communication and timely execution.
6. Contribute to innovation: Add value by sharing fresh ideas for micro-events, decor concepts, or new offerings, aligned with Pomply’s tech and hospitality ethos.
