About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Own and build the sales pipeline for diagnostic labs and pharmacies.
2. Run sales end-to-end: move leads from discovery → demo → pilot → close → expand.
3. Develop and maintain a territory map of 10 priority diagnostic labs and 10 pharmacies in your region.
4. Prepare and deliver strong intro pitches (60–90 seconds) demonstrating who you are, how you sell, and why Carer.
5. Create tailored discovery scripts and objection handling sheets for labs and pharmacies.
6. Build a simple ROI calculator that maps operational pain points to business value for prospects.
7. Conduct personalized outreach campaigns via calls and WhatsApp for labs/pharmacies, including curated outreach lists for distinct segments.
8. Prepare and present product demos using precise, domain-specific language.
9. Capture and channel feedback from prospects and customers to inform future product and sales playbooks.
10. Draft 30–60–90-day plans with clear pipeline, meeting, and pilot goals.
11. Collaborate with founders, sales leaders, product/tech teams as needed for complex deals.
