About the Job
We’re seeking a dynamic and empathetic employee engagement executive to help build a workplace where people feel connected, inspired, and valued. In this role, you will design and drive initiatives that strengthen employee morale, enhance communication, and nurture a culture of belonging. You’ll work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure every employee’s experience reflects our values and mission.Key Responsibilities:
1. Engagement strategy & culture building: Design and implement engagement programs that align with the company’s values and business goals. Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace environment.
2. Events & experience management: Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, wellness activities, and team-building exercises. Support HR in delivering a warm, engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
3. Feedback & insights: Conduct employee satisfaction and pulse surveys; analyze feedback and present actionable insights. Track and report engagement metrics to guide leadership in strategic decision-making.
4. Communication & recognition: Partner with internal teams to ensure transparent and inspiring communication across all levels. Manage employee recognition platforms and initiatives to celebrate achievements and milestones.
5. Employer branding & content creation: Create engaging internal and external campaigns showcasing our culture, people, and values. Drive the employer brand strategy across social media, digital platforms, and events to attract top talent.
