About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Supervise and manage solar installation and commissioning activities at project sites.
2. Ensure all work is executed as per design, safety, and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and contractors for smooth execution.
4. Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and load analysis.
5. Monitor daily progress, manpower, and material usage.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.
7. Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, and documentation.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
9. Verify material delivery and maintain proper site inventory.
10. Support in testing, inspection, and project handover processes.
