About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Provide personalized counselling to students interested in studying in European countries (e.g., Germany, France)
2. Advise students on admission requirements, eligibility, and application timelines.
3. Guide students through offer letters, deposits, and acceptance procedures.
4. Support students in preparing and reviewing visa documents.
5. Explain country-specific visa requirements (APS, blocked account, proof of funds, insurance, etc.).
6. Ensure 100% compliance with embassy/consulate procedures and deadlines.
7. Stay updated on changes in visa policies, admission intakes, and scholarships.
8. Liaise with loan providers and forex agents when required.
9. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and social media promotions.
10. Represent the organization professionally during university visits and public events.
11. Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.
12. Provide regular reports on student progress and admissions.
