Key Responsibilities:1. Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages to understand their learning goals.
2. Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course based on their career aspirations.
3. Achieve sales and enrollment targets through warm calling, consultative selling, and follow-ups.
4. Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely fee collection and documentation.
5. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to deliver a seamless student experience.
6. Manage end-to-end admission and onboarding processes for enrolled students.
