Key responsibilities:A. Inbound & Outbound Calling
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents from lead databases.
2. Answer inbound queries related to courses, admission, and eligibility.
B. Lead Conversion
1. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, or walk-ins.
2. Counsel and convert leads into admissions or course enrollments.
C. Course Counseling
1. Provide detailed information about educational programs.
2. Understand the student's background, career goals, and suggest suitable courses.
D. Maintaining Records
1. Update CRM or internal systems with call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
2. Maintain records of conversations for future reference and performance tracking.
