Key responsibilities:A. Handle Instagram & WhatsApp leads:
1. Attend to incoming leads generated through our Instagram ads and website.
2. Respond quickly and professionally to all customer inquiries.
B. Customer chat & call support:
1. Communicate with customers over chat and phone to understand their needs.
2. Provide product details, pricing, offers, delivery timelines, etc.
C. Lead conversion: Persuade and convert leads into successful orders using strong product knowledge and polite communication.
