1. Hands-on learning: Work directly with the founder and gain full exposure to building a D2C startup from scratch.

3. Cross-functional exposure: Potentially involve yourself in operations, analytics, marketing, and customer experience, not just the backend.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Website & catalog management:
1. Create and manage product listings in accordance with internal guidelines ensuring accuracy in descriptions, imagery, pricing, and SEO
2. Manage inventory: track stock-outs, coordinate replenishments, and initiate new product launches.
B. Order & fulfillment operations:
1. Process online orders and manage scheduling of pickups and dispatches.
2. Coordinate with shipping partners to meet delivery SLAs.
3. Serve as the first responder for escalations related to order delivery and returns.
C. Analytics & order reconciliation:
1. Undertake weekly reconciliation of orders, logistics and remittances.
2. Analyse data across website, inventory, and logistics reports to spot revenue opportunities and provide actionable insights.
D. Customer support:
1. Respond to customer queries on Instagram, email, chat, or calls ensuring timely resolution and a delightful experience.
