About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage Amazon & Flipkart listings, pricing, orders, returns, and seller support issues.
2. Handle Shopify store updates, product uploads, and order processing.
3. Manage daily packaging, labeling, and dispatch coordination with courier partners.
4. Conduct basic quality checks before packing to ensure correct SKU, colour, size, and defect-free products.
5. Track inventory across marketplaces and warehouse; update stock levels regularly.
6. Maintain packaging material inventory and coordinate timely replenishment.
7. Respond to customer queries, messages, and reviews across platforms.
8. Prepare daily sales reports, inventory sheets, and basic Excel-based dashboards.
9. Support social media posting, Canva creatives, and content coordination.
10. Assist in catalog updates, keyword improvements, and new product launch listings.
11. Track competitor pricing, reviews, and best-selling trends to help optimize listings.
12. Monitor Amazon/Flipkart payments, fees, and raise disputes when required.
13. Resolve listing errors, shipment issues, and coordinate with seller support for quick fixes.
