About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end order processing, including order confirmations, packing coordination, and dispatch tracking.
2. Oversee returns, replacements, and refunds while ensuring smooth customer communication
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate timely stock updates
4. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement, availability checks, and quality consistency
5. Monitor pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment to meet SLAs
6. Coordinate with logistics partners and ensure a seamless delivery experience
7. Assist with listing updates, verification of product details, and catalog management on e-commerce platforms
8. Generate basic reports on orders, returns, and stock movement for management review
9. Provide administrative support, including documentation, invoicing, and database maintenance
10. Suggest operational improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
