About the Job
As an E-Commerce Executive Senior Manager at Epione Brands Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and maximizing our digital presence. If you are a Shopify expert with advanced skills in MS-Excel, we want you on our team!Key responsibilities:
1. Order Management:
Handle daily order processing through Unicommerce (training on GoSwift Checkout and GoSwift Converse will be provided).
Ensure smooth coordination across all online platforms — Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Tata 1mg, and others.
Regularly reconcile and tally daily and monthly order reports using Excel.
2. Delivery & Logistics Monitoring:
Track dispatches to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
Monitor RTO (Return-to-Origin) ratios and implement strategies to minimize returns and improve delivery efficiency.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain order records and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery or return issues promptly.
4. Platform Optimization:
Keep product listings, stock levels, and pricing updated across all marketplaces.
Stay informed about changes in e-commerce policies and ensure compliance with platform requirements
