About the Job
As an E-commerce Executive, you will wear many hats and be responsible for handling day-to-day operations across several online sales channels (marketplaces like Amazon, Meesho, plus our own websites). You will manage listings, upload and update product data, monitor sales performance, process orders, handle customer service queries and support the broader e-commerce strategy. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn across the full spectrum of online commerce.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple sales accounts across marketplaces and websites, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimised and live.
2. Upload and update product data: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock levels and variants.
3. Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, prepare basic reports and flag trends or issues.
4. Handle order processing: receiving orders, liaising with warehouse/fulfilment, tracking dispatch and delivery updates.
5. Manage customer support for online orders: respond to queries, handle returns/refunds, coordinate with logistics/fulfilment teams.
6. Support inventory reconciliation, stock updates and ensure data alignment across systems.
7. Work closely with the brand-development team to assist in promotional campaigns, marketplace offers and listing optimisations.
8. Ensure marketplace compliance: listing guidelines, category norms, content policies, timely updates.
9. Assist with basic marketplace advertising (if applicable) and support in executing sales-driven initiatives.
10. Collaborate with the internal team (import-export logistics, product sourcing, brand development) to ensure seamless upstream and downstream flow.
