About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive e-commerce executive to manage and optimize our product listings. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce operations, especially product listing and catalog management, along with advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, update, and manage product listings on the online platform(titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, and attributes).
2. Conduct competitor research and optimize listings for better visibility and conversions.
3. Monitor product performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
4. Handle product image uploads and ensure accuracy in product details.
5. Maintain reports using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely customer communication.
