About the Job
As an e-commerce executive at SANVER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and expanding our online presence for our online e-commerce portal "The Bandra Store" and other online ventures in the pipeline. You will utilize your expertise in sales, business analysis, and client relationship management to drive growth and increase revenue. Your interpersonal skills and networking abilities will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your proficiency in Salesforce and Zoho CRM will enable you to effectively manage sales strategies and support operations. Additionally, your strong English communication skills will be crucial in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement vendor onboarding and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
2. Utilize business analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
3. Manage client interactions and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Utilize Zoho CRM to track and analyze sales performance
5. Support operations through effective communication and coordination with various teams
6. Acquire new vendors through Expo/LinkedIn/social media, targeted marketing and sales efforts
7. Maintain English proficiency in spoken and written communication for effective client engagement and collaboration
