About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
2. Manage and optimise product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
3. Track daily sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
4. Coordinate onboarding and business growth with vendors and partners.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and discounts.
6. Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
7. Coordinate with operations for the availability of stock and timely order fulfilment.
8. Analyse customer reviews and feedback to enhance product performance.
9. Handle basic communication with marketplace account managers.
10. Keep records about listings, pricing, inventory, and activities related to business development.
