About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Track and monitor day-to-day order dispatches and returns in Computer
2. Perform reconciliation of daily sales, dispatch, and claims
3. Monitor and process return & reimbursement claims on portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
4. Check product delivery and return status regularly
5. Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch tracking and issue resolution
6. Maintain detailed Excel reports for all activities
