Key Responsibilities:1. Draft detailed kitchen layouts, MEP and HVAC drawings as per project and operational requirements
2. Conduct site feasibility studies and prepare reports for new kitchen locations.
3. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for design alignment and execution.
4. Track and monitor project progress, timelines, and quality during on-site execution.
5. Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOQs, and revision logs.
6. Support design standardization and help optimize layouts for operational efficiency.
