About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Deliver Training: Conduct engaging sessions on SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, GA4, GTM, Content & Copy, Email/SMS, Affiliate, Marketplace, and basic no-code automation (e.g., Make.com/n8n) and AI-assisted workflows.
2. Curriculum & Content: Build/update modules, lesson plans, slide decks, assessments, and capstone projects aligned to current industry practices and certifications.
3. Hands-on Labs: Guide learners to set up live assets—GA4 property, GTM containers, Search Console, ad accounts, basic landing pages, UTM tracking.
4. Performance Marketing: Teach campaign structuring, budgeting, A/B testing, attribution, and reporting (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
5. SEO Execution: On-page, technical, off-page plans; keyword research; content briefs; basic schema; Core Web Vitals awareness.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards, read cohort/retention, channel performance, funnel KPIs; translate insights into actions.
7. Mentorship: Run doubt-clearing, portfolio reviews, mock interviews; track learner progress and outcomes.
8. Industry Interface: Share case studies from your own work; invite guest speakers; align projects with real client scenarios.
9. Quality & Compliance: Maintain high NPS/CSAT, classroom discipline, attendance, and on-time reporting
