About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Digital marketing:
1. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Develop and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and company blogs.
3. Optimize the company's online presence through SEO, SEM, and analytics tools to drive traffic and engagement.
4. Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
5. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
6. Work closely with the design and content team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
B. Sales:
1. Generate leads and contact prospective clients through email campaigns, cold calls, and networking events.
2. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, highlighting the value of the company's products and services.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with business goals.
6. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
