About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
2. Conduct keyword research and write persuasive ad copies to maximize engagement and conversions.
3. Track and optimize campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions) for continuous improvement.
4. Manage budgets and bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
5. Measure and analyze results using Google Analytics, GA4, and Tag Manager.
6. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
7. Perform competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
8. Collaborate with creative, content, and SEO teams to deliver high-performing landing pages and ad creatives.
9. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Google Ads tools, trends, and best practices.
Note: This job comes with 6 months of probation (Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month).
