About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Strategy and Planning
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
3. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify positioning and opportunities.
B. Campaign Management
1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
2. Monitor campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs such as leads, sales, and traffic.
C. Social Media Management
1. Oversee content creation and publishing across social media channels.
2. Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent brand voice.
3. Analyze engagement insights and refine strategies accordingly.
D. SEO and Website Management
1. Ensure search engine optimization for website pages and content.
2. Manage landing pages, updates, and website performance.
3. Work with designers and developers to enhance user experience and interface.
E. Analytics and Reporting
1. Track performance using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
2. Prepare weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
3. Identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies based on data.
F. Lead Generation and Conversion
1. Run targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
2. Optimize funnels, landing pages, and calls-to-action for improved conversions.
3. Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and quality evaluation.
G. Team Coordination and Vendor Management
1. Manage internal team members such as content creators, designers, and ad specialists.
2. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
3. Ensure workflow consistency and timely completion of deliverables.
H. Brand Building
1. Maintain consistent brand messaging and presence across all digital touchpoints.
2. Develop digital initiatives to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
I. Email and Automation
1. Plan and run email marketing campaigns for nurturing and retention.
2. Manage CRM tools, segmentation, and automation workflows.
J. Staying Updated
1. Stay informed about platform updates, new tools, and emerging digital trends.
2. Experiment with new strategies, including AI tools and automation workflows, to improve performance.
