About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Plan and manage digital content marketing strategy across social media platform (i.e. content creation, posting and monitoring social community)
2. Work with the key social media platforms to deliver various objectives; reach new customers and grow our brand awareness
3. Create compelling content (original text, videos, and images) that builds connections with social media users
4. Coordinate with the Engineering department to develop projects for Marketing and Sales Department
5. Using social listening, social analytics, and website analytics tools to deliver on established success indicators and provide relevant recommendations to improve performance;
6. Develop search engine optimization / marketing (SEO / SEM) strategies to boost the company’s online presence
7. Be up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies for future media campaigns
8. Develop appealing angle and digital marketing ideas to make the content approaching target audience across multiple channels
9. Produce Newsletter Article using Mailchimp
10. Provide support to the team for ad-hoc projects
About You
1. Bachelor's Degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing or other related disciplines
2. 0-2 working experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, preferably in
3. Manufacturing Industry with good copywriting skills
4. Freshly graduated with an outstanding marketing portfolio is also welcome
5. Good command of spoken and written English
6. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a clear understanding of tone and target audience.
7. Knowledge in AI, Photoshop, WordPress, EDM, SEO or SEM is a plus
8. Creative & passionate about social media and content development
9. Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
10. Immediately available is highly preferred.
11. Provide an online portfolio
