About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Content strategy & creation:
1. Plan and execute content calendars across the website, blog, email, and social media.
2. Write high-performing posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and video scripts.
3. Develop content that educates users about WhatsApp marketing use cases, product features, and customer success stories.
4. Repurpose influencer/UGC videos into digital ads and short-form content.
B. Social media & community:
1. Manage ZapUp’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
2. Collaborate with influencers and micro-creators for user-generated content campaigns.
3. Engage with users, partners, and communities to boost visibility and brand trust.
4. Grow and maintain a strong online audience through organic and paid content strategies.
C. Performance marketing:
1. Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
2. Run lead generation, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns optimized for ROI.
3. Track and report campaign KPIs- CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
4. Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversions.
D. Marketing Automation
1. Use ZapUp and related tools to run drip campaigns, WhatsApp flows, and lead nurturing funnels.
2. Coordinate with the product and sales teams to improve lead-to-customer journeys.
E. Analytics & growth:
1. Measure performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM data.
2. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to grow traffic and conversions.
3. Experiment with A/B testing and new digital marketing tactics.
