Key responsibilitiesA. Social Media Management
1. Manage company pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Plan and post creative content, product highlights, and campaign updates.
3. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow followers.
4. Coordinate with the design team for creative posts and reels.
B. Lead Generation & Ads Campaigns
1. Plan and execute Facebook, Google, and Instagram Ads for lead generation.
2. Track campaign performance (CPC, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
3. Share daily/weekly reports with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
4. Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Google Sheets.
C. Content & Branding
1. Create engaging content for website, social media, and WhatsApp campaigns.
2. Maintain consistent brand tone, logo usage, and visual identity across platforms.
3. Support the sales team with marketing creatives and promotional materials.
D. Website & SEO
Coordinate website updates, product pages, and news sections.
Optimize website for SEO (keywords, meta tags, backlinks).
Track performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
E. Reporting & Analysis
1. Prepare performance reports for management (weekly/monthly).
2. Analyze audience insights and campaign ROI.
3. Suggest improvements to increase digital reach and leads.
