About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Content creation & management:
1. Develop, design, and execute high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
2. Create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
3. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
4. Write clear and compelling copy tailored to the target audience, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
B. Campaign planning & execution:
1. Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and search engines.
2. Monitor the performance of campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
3. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to evaluate campaign success and provide actionable insights.
C. Vendor coordination & relationship development:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for existing vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to optimize performance.
3. Assist in identifying new vendor opportunities to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
D. Social media management:
1. Manage brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
2. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
3. Keep up with social media trends and incorporate them into the brand's strategy.
E. SEO & website optimization:
1. Collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
2. Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve organic traffic.
3. Work with developers or vendors to ensure website updates and enhancements.
F. Performance tracking & reporting:
1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, engagement, and conversions.
2. Create detailed performance reports and present insights to the team.
3. Continuously analyse competitors and market trends to stay ahead.
