About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, design and execute, paid ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, and Facebook
2. Update website of our clinic regularly
3. Manage and update the clinic’s Social media profiles
4. Run targeted WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns
5. Track and improve ROI and conversion of ad spends
6. Handle social media scheduling, basic content coordination & postings
7. Optimize online listings on Google My Business, Justdial, Practo, etc.
8. Work closely with clinic staff to align marketing with treatments & offers
9. Brainstorm offline strategies like pamphlet distribution, referral marketing, neighborhood PR, etc.
What we’re looking for:
1+ years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare industry)
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead capture forms, and tracking tools
Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
