About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Develop and Manage Online Campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Optimize ad performance to achieve higher ROI and conversions.
B. Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms.
Monitor trends, respond to audience comments, and increase organic engagement.
C. SEO & Website Optimization
Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor website analytics, ranking, and traffic performance regularly.
Content Creation & Marketing
Coordinate with the content/design team to create posts, blogs, videos, and ad creatives.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and marketing goals.
D. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Create and manage email/WhatsApp campaigns for product updates and promotions.
Track open rates, CTR, and lead conversions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to measure results.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
E. Lead Generation & Customer Retargeting
Run targeted campaigns to attract new leads and re-engage existing customers.
Maintain CRM data for follow-up and conversion.
Stay Updated with Market Trends
Keep track of new digital tools, trends, and algorithm changes.
Suggest innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
