About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline through innovative prospecting and targeted outreach efforts.Key Responsibilities:
1) Deeply understand the company's offerings, market positioning, and competitive landscape.
2) Identify and acquire new clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
3) Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and marketing initiatives.
4) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
5) Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, balancing prospects, new opportunities, and proposals.
6) Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
7) Collaborate with marketing and other teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
1) Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email drafting and proposal development.
3) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
4) Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
5) Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with attention to detail.
