About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Content creation & brand management (40%):
1. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and blog posts
2. Design visual content using Canva/Figma (following brand guidelines)
3. Write technical blogs explaining DSPM, data security, and compliance
4. Develop case studies, whitepapers, and product collateral
5. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
B. Social media & digital marketing (25%):
1. Execute LinkedIn strategy targeting CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, and CDPOs
2. Build the founder's brand as a thought leader
3. Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation
4. Manage Twitter presence with industry insights
5. Track and optimize social media metrics
C. Business development & sales (25%):
1. Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients
2. Qualify leads and set up demos
3. Support sales conversations with marketing materials
4. Maintain CRM and track pipeline
5. Achieve monthly lead generation targets
D. Strategic outreach (10%):
1. Connect with tech influencers for interviews/podcasts
2. Identify and apply for speaking opportunities at conferences
3. Build relationships with industry media
4. Coordinate webinars and virtual events
Important note: This is a startup role requiring high ownership, creativity, and a willingness to learn. You'll work directly with the founders and have a significant impact on company growth.
