Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
2. Create captivating content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns.
3. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
4. Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram presence through strategic content planning and community engagement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
7. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image as well as on swiggy and zomato and other digital platforms
