About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and has the drive to make things happen.As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients — reaching out to them, understanding their needs, and identifying whether they could be a good fit for what we offer. Most of your day will be spent reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and helping the sales team build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. If you have a knack for communication, enjoy learning about new technology, and are ready to kickstart your career in sales, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
2. Start meaningful conversations and understand if they might benefit from our solutions.
3. Research target accounts to learn more about their business, challenges, and priorities.
4. Keep track of your activities and leads, and track them till closure.
5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to fine-tune messaging and identify new opportunities.
6. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and help move them to the next stage.
7. Stay curious — learn about new tools, products, and industry trends that can help you in your role.
