Location & Employment
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Employment Type & Compensation - 4.2 LPA + 1 L incentives
Key responsibilities:
1. Consult clients on interior material requirements based on their project needs
2. Analyze client preferences, budget, and design goals to recommend curated options
3. Engage with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring timely responses
4. Qualify incoming leads and manage the customer lifecycle from first contact to conversion
5. Collaborate with the sales team to drive visits to Experience Centers and close deals
6. Maintain detailed client records in CRM for smooth follow-ups and handovers
7. Upsell and cross-sell across categories (tiles, plywood, laminates, wallpapers, etc.)
