Key Responsibilities:1. Content extraction: Extract text accurately from CBSE textbooks and reference materials across multiple subjects.
2. Data structuring: Format extracted text neatly into Word documents using proper headings, tables, and bulleting.
3. Validation: Review and cross-check other team members’ extracted content for accuracy and completeness.
4. CMS entry: Input validated content into the company’s Content Management System (CMS) following defined taxonomy and tagging protocols.
5. AI-assisted content generation: Use AI tools to generate lecture outlines, topic explanations, PPT headings, and textual content.
6. Presentation design: Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations using Canva or similar tools, following Prepzy’s visual templates.
7. Quality control: Validate final presentations and AI outputs to ensure alignment with textbook content and factual accuracy.
8. Documentation: Maintain organized digital folders for source material, intermediate files, and final deliverables.
