About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to help us fill and update product line sheets. Linesheets are Excel documents that show our products with their names, prices, sizes, and pictures — used by our sales and marketing teams.This is a great opportunity for someone who has good computer and Excel skills and wants to start a career in data, merchandising, or product management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter and update product details (like name, SKU, color, size, price, etc.) into Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Make sure all information is correct, complete, and formatted properly.
3. Add and organize product pictures, matching them with the right product details.
4. Help prepare and clean up linesheets before they are shared with the sales or marketing teams.
5. Check for missing or incorrect information and fix any errors.
6. Keep product data files organized and easy to find.
7. Work with the merchandising or sales team to confirm information when needed.
